The Dollar Club is an outreach effort of the Belton PH Church.  We ask everyone to give $1 more each month over your tithe.  Every quarter we will award the money we have collected to someone in the Belton community to assist them with utility, housing, transportation, or medical expenses.  We have a five-person committee that will review the applications and determine the recipient. The committee will consider both the financial needs of the applicant as well as the impact this assistance would make in their life.
